I am in the trenches day in and out, keeping a pulse on the market so you don't have to! As your Buyer's Agent it is my job, my legal responsibility to act with your best interest at heart. Step 1: Let's get to know each other. I am very focused on my client relationships and want ensure we are a good fit for each other.
Step 2. Understand your finances. There's no sense in shopping without knowing what's in the bank account. My team can help you figure out your best mortgage solution.
Step 3. I hunt! With your desired criteria, I will find the best possible options out there - sometimes they're not even on the market!
Step 4. We shop! I'll schedule a half day for us to view different homes. You'll really learn what your dollar will get you and understand where your priorities lie.
Step 5. The offer: High level, there's the Sale Price, Deposit, Conditions and Completion Date. Your Deposit is an amount due within 24 hours of the accepted offer. This amount is deducted from the sale price. Based on your goals and the condition of the house we'll figure out which offer terms are best in order for you to feel confident in this decision. If and when the offer is accepted, I'll help coordinate the necessary steps to finalize the purchase!
Step 6: We celebrate!
